Distributing an eBook
Once you have completed aneBook you will want to distribute your publication to others (friends or customers). If you have the full registered version of TreeDBNotes Pro, you have the right (copyright) to distribute your eBooks as well as the included program for viewing them (TDBView.exe).

To distribute a stand-alone eBook (*.exe)
When you compile your eBook into a file (for example: myBook.exe) it contains the eBook viewer so you may distribute it as one complete file. The size of the is determined by the size of the viewing program plus the size of the eBook database (the *.tdp file that is your actual text). You may also use the viewer to open other files such as the Help file for the TreeDBNotes Pro program.

To distribute a TreeDBNotes Publication File eBook (*.tdb)
You may distribute your eBbook in the *.tdb format (TreeDBNotes Pro file) without the viewer program. The program “TDBView.exe” is necessary to view the .tdb file. You might consider this variation when you know that your recipient already has the viewer file. This allows you to save on the size of the file and may make it easier for emailing. However, if your recipient does not have the viewer file or you are not sure, you would either need to distribute your work as an entire eBook (.exe) file or you would have to distribute the TDBView.exe file along with your *.tdb file.
