Gordon Jones (actor), Gordon Jones (April 5, 1911; Alden, Iowa – June 12, 1963; Tarzana, California) was an American character actor who became best known as The Green Hornet in the first of two movie serials based on that old-time radio program.Jones was well-known for his role as Mike the Cop on the classic The Abbott and Costello Show.
