Use up to 4 side-by-side calendars to record your todo\'s. You can assign 4 categories or topics and view them simultaneously. You can use all the full text editing features for all entries. To add more todo\'s, use the \"insert row\" option. Color cells, fonts, and insert icons or small animations. You can position the cursor next to the word \"topic\" and hit the \"delete column\" twice to remove a todo calendar.

Task consistency grid

Track your consistency with the metallic task grid for those \"daily\" tasks and avoid cluttering up your todo list. Set up a list in the tree panel of routine daily tasks in a designated folder. Afterwards, you can insert the task grid for each routine. Color the cell when task is done. Beneath/above the task grid, you can insert a link to the exe file for quick launch if there is an associated application.
