Syntax Highlighting in TreeDBNotes
Syntax highlighting is a form of secondary notation, since the highlights are not part of the text meaning, but serve to reinforce it. Some editors also integrate syntax highlighting with other features, such as spell checking or code folding, as aids to editing which are external to the language. (from Wikipedia).
How to use TreeDBNotes Syntax Highlighting:
- 1) Select text (Source Code)
- 2) Use Syntax Highlighting command from the main menu: Notes/Syntax/
- 3) Choose any variant from the menu
Default Syntax TreeDBNotes schemes:
- Flash 5.xml
- Windows Registry Files.xml
- SQL (MySQL).xml
- C++ Source.xml
- Assembler (Masm).xml

You can make your own Syntax highlighting scheme. For this purposes we have a special free tools: TreeDBNotes Syntax Editor. This program always available on our web site or forum.
